New combo treatment zaps lung tumors before surgery in early trial

Summary
This study tests a new device that uses freezing and radiofrequency heat to destroy small lung tumors during a bronchoscopy, just before planned surgery. About 20 adults with early-stage lung cancer will take part. The main goals are to see if the procedure works as intended and to check for any serious bleeding or other side effects.
