First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests a new type of CT scan (Real-Time Gated 4DCT) for people with lung cancer who are scheduled for radiation therapy. The goal is to see if this scan can produce clearer images with fewer blurry spots (artifacts) compared to the standard scan. About 30 adults will get one extra scan before or after their usual planning scan. The study does not change the actual radiation treatment.
