Summary
This study is testing whether a supplement called lumbrokinase, which comes from earthworms, can help improve symptoms and overall health in adults with Long COVID, Post-Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome, or Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). The researchers will enroll 120 participants to see if taking lumbrokinase is safe and feasible, and if it leads to better quality of life, less fatigue, and improved physical and cognitive function. This is an early-stage trial focused on measuring symptom changes, not curing the underlying conditions.
