NCT ID NCT06511050

First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests lumbrokinase, an enzyme that breaks down blood clots, in 120 adults with Long COVID, post-treatment Lyme disease syndrome, or ME/CFS. Participants rate their overall health before and after treatment to see if the enzyme improves quality of life. The goal is to find out if this approach is worth studying further for these hard-to-treat conditions.
