Tug-of-War for back pain: does stronger pull mean less pain?
NCT ID NCT02091791
Summary
This study tested whether stronger or gentler spinal stretching (traction) works better for relieving sciatica pain from herniated discs. Researchers compared two different pulling forces on 17 people with recent sciatica flare-ups. They measured changes in leg pain and mobility to see which approach provided more relief.
