First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This early study tests a new treatment called LUCAR-DKS1 in 36 adults with autoimmune diseases that have not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses specially designed immune cells to target and control the overactive immune system. The main goals are to check safety and find the right dose, not to cure the disease.
