NCT ID NCT05764265
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looked at the long-term safety of an experimental drug called LTP001 for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a serious lung condition that makes it hard to breathe. It was an open-label extension, meaning everyone knew they were getting the drug. The study was stopped early, so no one reached the planned 52-week mark. Only 31 people took part, and final safety checks were done at the last visit.
