Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called IMG-7289 in people with essential thrombocythemia, a rare blood condition causing too many platelets. The goal is to see if the drug can bring platelet counts back to normal and reduce symptoms. The trial includes 9 adults who did not respond to or could not tolerate standard treatments.
