Summary
This study tests a daily pill called IMG-7289 in people with essential thrombocythemia, a rare blood condition causing too many platelets. It includes 9 adults who did not respond to or could not take standard therapy. The main goal is to see if the drug can bring platelet counts back to normal by 24 weeks.
