Growth factor injection may beat standard care for jaw pain

Summary
This study compares a new injection made from your own blood (LPCGF) to the usual joint-washing procedure for people with a displaced jaw disc. About 32 adults with jaw pain, clicking, or limited mouth opening will be randomly assigned to one treatment. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves jaw movement.
