Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called LP-003 in 202 adults with chronic spontaneous urticaria (long-lasting hives and itching) that standard antihistamines couldn't fully control. Participants received injections of LP-003 or a placebo alongside their usual antihistamines. The main goal was to see if LP-003 could completely stop hives and itching after 12 weeks. The study is now complete, and results will show if this add-on treatment is safe and effective.
