Gentler suction may speed recovery after lung cancer surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether using a lower suction pressure on the chest tube after lung cancer surgery can help it come out sooner. About 160 adults having lung surgery will be randomly assigned to either the standard suction or a gentler setting. The goal is to see if the gentler option reduces time with the chest tube and hospital stay without causing more problems.
