Summary
This study looked at 81 healthy young men to see how leg muscle strength and endurance relate to how high they can jump. Participants did leg strength tests and vertical jumps in one lab visit. The goal was to learn which muscle measures best predict jumping ability. No treatment or follow-up was involved.
