First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week kettlebell exercise program can improve pelvic tilt in young men with Lower Crossed Syndrome, a condition that affects posture. Forty-four males aged 18 to 25 will be randomly assigned to either a supervised exercise group or a control group. Researchers will measure changes in pelvic tilt angle before and after the program to see if the exercises help.
