First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 38 times

Summary

This study tests whether low level laser therapy can help people with Bell's palsy recover facial movement better than standard physiotherapy. About 100 adults aged 18 to 80 with recent-onset Bell's palsy will receive either laser treatment or routine exercises. The main goal is to see if the laser improves facial nerve function and quality of life.
