Can cutting certain foods ease MS fatigue? diet study investigates
NCT ID NCT07501520
Summary
This study tested whether a modified Mediterranean diet that is low in histamine could help people with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) feel better. Researchers compared three groups: one on the low-histamine diet, one on a standard Mediterranean diet, and a control group with no diet changes. The goal was to see if the special diet could reduce symptoms like fatigue and improve quality of life more than the other approaches.
