Gentle radiation tested to fight stomach cancer

NCT ID NCT03680586

Summary

This early-phase study is testing whether a very low dose of radiation can effectively treat a specific type of stomach lymphoma (MALT lymphoma). The goal is to see if this approach can shrink or eliminate the tumor while causing fewer side effects than standard treatments. Researchers will follow 25 patients for a year to measure how well the treatment works and monitor its safety.
