Could a tiny dose of radiation beat lymphoma with fewer side effects?

Summary
This study compares a very low dose of radiation (4 Gy) to the standard dose (24 Gy) for people with follicular or marginal zone lymphoma, two slow-growing types of blood cancer. The goal is to see if the lower dose works just as well at controlling the cancer while causing fewer side effects. About 375 participants will be assigned to one of the two radiation doses and followed over time.
