Summary
This study tests whether a small daily dose of naltrexone (3 mg) can reduce fatigue in men with prostate cancer who are receiving hormone therapy (ADT). The trial will enroll 60 participants and measure changes in tiredness, quality of life, and safety. It is a Phase 2 study, meaning it is still early but aims to see if the treatment works and is safe.
