New combo aims to boost transplant success in tough lymphoma
NCT ID NCT07451652
First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests whether a lower dose of the drug epcoritamab, combined with two chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine and oxaliplatin), can shrink tumors in people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. The 10 participants must be eligible for a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if this combination helps more people achieve remission before transplant, while reducing side effects like severe cytokine release syndrome.
