First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a low dose of a radioactive drug called 225Ac-LNC1011 in 16 men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The drug targets a protein (PSMA) on cancer cells to deliver radiation directly. The goal is to see if it can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels while keeping side effects manageable.
