NCT ID NCT07362420
First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at two physical therapy methods—hands-on pressure to painful muscle spots and guided exercises—to see which works best for nonspecific low back pain. About 105 adults aged 18 to 65 with pain lasting over 6 weeks will be split into three groups: one gets hands-on therapy, one does specific exercises, and one gets both. Treatments happen twice a week for four weeks, and researchers will measure pain and daily function before, during, and after the program.
