First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two hands-on therapies—post-isometric relaxation and myofascial release—can reduce pain and improve flexibility in people with low back pain and lower cross syndrome. Sixty adults aged 18 to 45 will be randomly assigned to receive either the combo therapy or standard stretching and heat/electrical treatments. The goal is to see which approach better relieves pain and helps with daily movement.
