Which back pain fix works best? new study puts two therapies to the test

Summary

This study looks at 60 adults with long-term low back pain (over 3 months) to see which combination of treatments works better: core exercises plus one type of hands-on therapy (INIT) or core exercises plus another type (MET). Participants will get treatment twice a week for six weeks. The goal is to find out which approach reduces pain and improves daily function more.
