Summary

This study tests an 8-week exercise program that combines core and gluteal strengthening to reduce pain and improve daily function in people with chronic low back pain. Researchers will enroll 54 adults aged 18-65 who have had non-specific low back pain for at least 3 months. The goal is to see if this targeted exercise approach can provide meaningful relief.
