Summary
This study tested a new program that sends parents short educational videos through a texting app. The videos teach strategies to help children aged 4-10 who have trouble switching from one activity to another, a common challenge for kids with ADHD-like behaviors. 52 parents joined the study to see if the program was easy to use and helpful. The goal was to reduce daily transition difficulties and improve parent-child routines.
