First seen Mar 02, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests a gel called lotilaner for people with moderate to severe ocular rosacea, a condition that causes red, irritated eyes. About 155 adults will use either the gel or a placebo to see if it is safe and helps with symptoms. The goal is to find a new way to ease eye discomfort without long-term medication.
