New drug combo aims to control tough lung cancer

Summary
This study tests the safety of combining two drugs, lorlatinib and ramucirumab, for people with advanced ALK-rearranged non-small cell lung cancer. Researchers will find the best dose that causes few side effects, then check if it helps control the cancer. About 56 adults with metastatic or recurrent disease are being recruited.
