Lung cancer patients get continued access to promising drug

Summary
This study provides continued access to the lung cancer drug lorlatinib for patients who are already benefiting from it in previous Pfizer studies. It allows 76 participants with ALK-positive or ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer to keep receiving treatment while researchers monitor long-term safety. The main goal is to collect more safety information about the drug when taken over extended periods.
