Summary
This study looks back at the experiences of 35 adults with a specific type of advanced lung cancer (ROS1-positive NSCLC) that had stopped responding to other treatments. All participants took lorlatinib pills at home until their cancer progressed. Researchers will analyze how long the drug kept the cancer from growing and how long patients lived, to understand its real-world effectiveness and safety.
