Lung cancer drug access extended for ongoing responders

Summary
This study offers continued treatment with lorlatinib for people with ALK- or ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer who are already benefiting from it in earlier Pfizer studies. The goal is to keep providing the drug while collecting more safety information. About 76 participants will take part, and the study is not recruiting new patients.
