Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called lonitoclax combined with azacitidine in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. The main goals are to find the best dose and check safety. About 66 participants will take part. The study does not aim to cure the disease but to control it.
