Summary
This study aims to understand the long-term health of people who have received a stem cell transplant from a relative. Researchers will follow 2000 transplant recipients and their donors for years, collecting health data and samples to learn about late complications like new cancers or heart disease. The goal is to improve future care by identifying risks and monitoring how the immune system recovers.
