Four-Year safety check for promising sickle cell treatment

Summary
This study follows 50 adults with sickle cell disease who previously benefited from pociredir in an earlier trial. Participants will take the drug daily for up to four years so researchers can monitor long-term safety and side effects. The goal is to understand if this treatment remains safe and well-tolerated during extended use.
