Summary
This study is testing the long-term safety and effectiveness of a medication called SEP-363856 for adults with schizophrenia. About 100 participants will take the drug daily for 52 weeks while researchers monitor for side effects. The goal is to see if this treatment can help control schizophrenia symptoms over an extended period.
