Summary
This study looks at the long-term safety and effects of a daily pill called SAT-3247 in people with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) who have already taken it in a previous study. Up to 10 participants will take the drug for 11 more months (12 months total) to see if it helps maintain muscle strength and reduce fat in muscles. The goal is to understand if this treatment can safely slow the disease over time.
