Gene therapy watch: pfizer tracks Long-Term safety in hemophilia patients

Summary
This study follows people with hemophilia A or B who already received a one-time gene therapy (giroctocogene fitelparvovec or fidanacogene elaparvovec) in a previous Pfizer trial. Researchers will monitor their health over time to check for side effects and how well the treatment continues to work. About 173 participants will be observed during regular doctor visits, with no new treatment given.
