Summary
This study tests the long-term safety and effectiveness of an experimental drug called atumelnant (CRN04894) in 150 adults with classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH), a genetic condition that affects hormone production. Participants must have completed a previous Crinetics study and are expected to benefit from continued treatment. The study monitors side effects, hormone levels, and daily steroid medication needs over time.
