First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at the long-term safety and effectiveness of a drug called rozanolixizumab for adults with ocular myasthenia gravis, a condition that causes muscle weakness in the eyes. About 100 participants who have already taken the drug in a previous study will continue treatment for up to a year. Researchers will track side effects and changes in symptoms to see if the drug remains safe and helpful over time.
