Five-Year watch: tracking a swallowing Therapy's Long-Term effects

Summary
This study is a long-term follow-up registry for 31 people who previously received an experimental cell therapy called iltamiocel to help with swallowing problems caused by head and neck cancer treatment. The goal is to monitor their health and the treatment's effectiveness over five years to see if any long-term side effects develop and if the benefits last. This is an observational study, meaning participants are monitored but do not receive any new treatment.
