NCT ID NCT04816604

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looks at the long-term safety of an inhaled medication called GB002 for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a serious lung condition that makes it hard to breathe. Participants had already taken GB002 in an earlier study and will continue treatment while researchers monitor side effects and track how far they can walk in six minutes. The goal is to see if the drug remains safe and helps control the disease over time.
