Summary
This study tested the long-term safety and effectiveness of a repeat treatment called darvadstrocel in 53 adults with Crohn's disease and complex anal fistulas. Participants received one treatment and were monitored over several clinic visits, including MRI scans. The main goal was to check for side effects and see if the treatment helped close the fistulas.
