Summary

This study looks at the long-term safety of a drug called AVTX-803 for people with leukocyte adhesion deficiency type II (LAD II), a rare genetic condition that weakens the immune system. Only 2 participants who completed a previous study can join. Researchers will monitor side effects and measure how well the drug controls the disease over time.
