Summary

This study continues testing setmelanotide, a medication for rare genetic forms of obesity, to check its long-term safety. It's for patients aged 2 and older who have already taken the drug in a previous trial and showed benefit. The main goal is to monitor side effects and how well people tolerate continued treatment over time.
