Summary
This study follows up to 30 adults with tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) who had liver test abnormalities while taking TURALIO (pexidartinib). The goal is to track long-term risk of liver failure and understand the mechanism of liver injury through optional biopsies. Participants must be at least 18 and have had specific liver test changes due to the drug.
