Summary

This study looks at the long-term safety and effectiveness of a drug called iptacopan for people with two rare kidney diseases: C3 glomerulopathy and IC-MPGN. About 225 adults who have already taken part in earlier studies will continue treatment to see if their kidney function stays stable or improves. The goal is to find a better way to manage these serious conditions over time.
