One HPV shot enough? 6-Year study seeks answers

NCT ID NCT07156084

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a single dose of the 9vHPV vaccine, given to 9-11 year olds in 2019-2020, still provides protection six years later. About 300 teens (150 girls and 150 boys) will give a small blood sample to measure antibody levels. The goal is to understand how long immunity lasts after just one shot, especially in boys, where data is limited.
