First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study follows 400 people who had a subarachnoid haemorrhage (a type of brain bleed) caused by a ruptured aneurysm and were treated with a procedure called embolization. The goal is to learn how well patients recover over time and how often the aneurysm comes back. Researchers will track neurological recovery using a standard scale. This is an observational study, not a test of a new treatment.
