Summary

This study aims to understand the long-term health effects on people who were cured of Cushing disease as children or teenagers. Researchers will follow 600 participants for up to 20 years after their cure, checking for lasting impacts on weight, bone health, metabolism, and mental well-being. The goal is to learn how past exposure to high stress hormone levels during development affects health later in life.
