Summary

This study aimed to gather more long-term safety and effectiveness data on the drug efgartigimod for adults with Post-COVID POTS, a condition causing dizziness, fatigue, and a fast heart rate upon standing. It was an extension for 33 people who had finished a prior 24-week study. The goal was to see if continued treatment helped control symptoms like orthostatic intolerance and cognitive issues over a longer period.
